Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Fertigation Technician to join our cultivation team at the Apollo Beach facility. The role involves nutrient preparation, irrigation scheduling, and routine testing to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain fertigation inventory, calibrate meters, and support other cultivation activities as needed. The candidate should be comfortable with physical tasks and be able to work in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Willing to learn and safely operate facility equipment.
• Comfortable with heights, soil and water; able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; 21+ and cannabis agent registration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix nutrients.
• Coordinate watering and fertigation schedules.
• Ensure irrigation and fertigation meet quality standards.
• Perform routine testing of pH, EC, PPM; monitor systems.
• Monitor temperature and dissolved oxygen levels; log data.
• Calibrate and clean pH/EC meters.
• Maintain inventory of fertigation nutrients and supplies.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies.
• Document activity using the track and trace system.
• Provide support to cultivation and production teams as needed.
• Coordinate IPM spray schedules and log results.
