Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles on-site, including forklift, pallet jack, and truck/trailer.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs while ensuring personal safety and ergonomics.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks in a warm, humid greenhouse environment with year-round pollen exposure.
