The role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 2–8 hours per day) with 11:30 AM–1:30 PM watering and additional 1–3 weekdays (7:30 AM–4:00 PM) with flexible scheduling. Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Biology coursework or agricultural experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small, fragile plant material.
• Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with alfalfa breeding and crossing activities.
• Perform greenhouse plant care, including watering, staking, pruning, potting, seeding, and transplanting.

Schedule
