Bizoforce Inc. in Boston, MA is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Industrial Engineering to lead the industrialization of a large-scale greenfield manufacturing facility.
You will manage capacity planning, facility layouts, equipment installation, commissioning, ramp-up, and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet aggressive launch timelines and ensure production readiness. Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10–15 years of industrial engineering and project leadership experience.
- Experience in greenfield facility development and large-scale launches.
Responsabilidades
- Lead industrial engineering workstreams from concept to production launch and ramp-up.
- Develop integrated project plans with milestones, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate factory master planning: layouts, material flow, ergonomics, safety, and scalability.
- Oversee production line readiness, equipment installation, commissioning, and run-at-rate activities.
- Monitor OEE, throughput, yield, and implement Lean improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including manufacturing, product, quality, and supply chain.
