We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should have experience in warehouse or manufacturing, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with PPE and safety procedures. Spanish or Mandarin speakers are welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, recycling, dismantling, manufacturing, or production.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Spanish-speaking or Chinese/Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
• Strong focus on safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely dismantling electronic equipment using hand and power tools.
• Sorting and separating materials such as metals, plastics, circuit boards, and wiring.
• Operating recycling equipment, including balers, following safety procedures.
• Identifying materials requiring special handling and notifying supervisors as needed.
• Keeping workstation clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Collaborating with teammates to meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Assisting with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors or management.
