Qualifications

• Two to four years of case management or workforce development experience.
• Experience with diverse populations facing barriers to employment.
• Experience using participant management databases (Salesforce, Workforce One, HMIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide personalized support.
• Conduct initial assessments to identify needs, skills, and goals.
• Develop individualized action plans aligned with participants’ professional development and certification requirements.
• Track participants’ progress and adjust action plans as necessary.
• Provide ongoing encouragement, coaching and motivation to ensure engagement and completion of training.
• Connect participants with housing, transportation, and financial resources to remove barriers to training and employment.
• Maintain accurate case files in databases; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with training providers and potential employers to create job opportunities.

Education

Associate degree required

Bachelor's degree preferred
