Envision Energy seeks a Quality Engineer to build the quality infrastructure for water electrolyzer development and manufacturing in Burlington, MA. Report to the Quality Director and partner with global teams across engineering, procurement, and supply chain.

You will implement IQC workflows, perform DV/PV activities, drive CAPA and 8D processes, and maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 3–7 years hands‑on quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Proficient with FMEA/PFMEA, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, 8D/CAPA, and control plans.

Responsabilités

• Define supplier quality requirements with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Develop IQC inspection workflows for critical electrolyzer components.
• Qualify suppliers via audits, FAI, and APQP/PPAP processes.
• Apply SPC, DOE, MSA/Gage R&R to verify designs and optimize processes.
• Lead DV/PV planning and execution, including FMEA/PFMEA and control plans.
• Drive 8D/CAPA for nonconformances across suppliers, incoming inspection, and production.
• Maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
