Job summary

Nel Hydrogen is seeking a Materials Handler to join the Manufacturing Materials team. You will ensure materials and components move efficiently through operations, supporting production and delivery activities in a hands-on role.

You will work with logistics, warehouse operations, and planning to keep materials available where and when needed, while maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to a safe, well-organized workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory control is preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory transactions accurately in ERP system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations.
• Support inventory counts and stock verification activities.
• Collaborate with planners to resolve material discrepancies or shortages.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Assist in optimizing storage areas and warehouse organization.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
