Job summary

American Power & Gas (APG) is hiring Telephone Representatives to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary with commission and residual pay, plus paid on-site training and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

You will assist residential and small commercial customers, promoting green energy solutions and earning potential through performance-based pay. Prior sales experience is not required; paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• No previous sales or telemarketing experience is required.
• We provide paid, on site training, ongoing coaching, qualified leads, and the opportunity to earn a base salary, commission, and residual pay.
• As a Telephone Representative, you will help residential and small commercial customers explore energy solutions while representing a company focused on providing green energy options and creating a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone to understand energy needs.
