American Power & Gas is hiring Customer Success Representatives to join our growing team. This on-site role offers a guaranteed base salary plus commission and residual pay, with paid on-site training and ongoing coaching.

You will help residential and small commercial customers explore energy options while representing a company committed to green energy solutions. No prior sales experience is required, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends.

• Speak with residential and small commercial customers by phone, understanding their energy needs.
• Introduce customers to available green energy solutions and services.

• Build strong, lasting customer relationships and follow up to support a positive experience.
