American Power & Gas is hiring Customer Success Representatives to join our growing team. This on-site role offers a guaranteed base salary plus commission and residual pay, with paid on-site training and ongoing coaching.

You will help residential and small commercial customers explore energy options while representing a company committed to green energy solutions. No prior sales experience is required, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends.

What Does a Customer Success Representative Do?

As a Customer Success Representative, you will work directly with residential and small commercial customers in a professional and fast paced call center environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Speaking with customers by phone and understanding their energy needs
• Introducing customers to available green energy solutions
• Explaining products and services clearly and professionally
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
• Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions
• Building strong and lasting customer relationships
• Following up with customers and helping create a positive customer experience
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Handling a high volume of customer conversations
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout every interaction
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Building a customer portfolio that may provide ongoing residual pay
