Job summary

American Power & Gas is seeking Telephone Representatives to join our on-site team in Florida. This role focuses on helping residential and small commercial customers explore green energy options in a fast-paced call center environment.

No prior sales experience is required, as paid on-site training and ongoing coaching are provided. Leads are supplied, with potential for residual income and career growth within a company with over 25 years in business.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience is required.
• On-site paid training and ongoing coaching.
• Leads provided; opportunity to earn base salary, commission and residual pay.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends.
• Green energy focus with potential for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone to understand energy needs.
• Introduce customers to available green energy solutions.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the experience.
• Follow up with customers and help create a positive experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and work toward sales goals.
• Handle a high volume of customer conversations.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
