Job summary

American Power & Gas is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our on-site team in a Full Time role. You will engage residential and small commercial customers, explaining energy options and guiding them through available green energy solutions.

Training is provided on site, with leads supplied to support your success. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience is required.
• Paid, on-site training is provided.
• Leads are provided to support sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone and understand their energy needs.
• Introduce customers to available green energy solutions.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
