Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a General Maintenance teammate to keep production lines running in the Oklahoma facility. This role requires hands-on setup, adjustment, and breakdown of machinery, with an emphasis on reliability and safety.

Applicants must learn Tyson SAP for work orders and daily documentation, communicate clearly with management and peers, and be able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long shifts. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and write and perform basic math for machinery.

Requirements

• Experience/history: a minimum of 1-year Industrial related maintenance experience (listed in the application) and/or technical certifications and working knowledge of electricity, power transmissions, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, cutting, and the use of shop tools.
• Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
• Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
