Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high performance residential construction.
• Construction Supervisors License preferred or able to renew.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, bidding, contracting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with a construction consultant on code and certification compliance.
• Attend Construction Leadership Team meetings and report project status.
• Create and maintain construction schedules with the Exec Director and volunteers.
