Job summary

Hawaiian Airlines is seeking Flight Attendants to ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional service aboard its aircraft. The role requires FAA-certified training, ability to relocate to base cities, and strong customer service across varied shifts. Greek language proficiency and physical readiness are essential.

Training will be conducted in Honolulu and involves eight weeks of unpaid training. Candidates must meet stringent safety standards, be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays,

Qualifications

• Two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry OR four years in customer service with the public.
• Ability to read and speak business-level Greek.
• Vertical reach of 82 inches without shoes.
• Must complete FAA-approved re-certification.
• Ability to learn and maintain emergency procedures per Hawaiian and FAA regulations.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs from floor to shoulder height.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Preflight preparation and briefings for flight details and safety.
• Greet guests, direct seating, assist with carry-on storage.
• Demonstrate safety equipment and ensure passenger compliance.
• Direct and assist during emergencies and report incidents.
• Provide in-flight service and process onboard payments.
• Prepare cabin for landing and assist deplaning.
• Maintain knowledge of FAA regulations and SIDA access eligibility.
• Collaborate with crew to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints aboard.
