Hawaiian Airlines is seeking flight attendants to ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional service. The role demands physical readiness, strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a unionized environment across multiple bases including Honolulu, Los Angeles and Seattle.

Responsibilities include safety demonstrations, in‑flight service, and emergency responsiveness, with annual FAA re‑certification and SIDA access requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry OR four years of customer contact and resolution with the public.
• Business level Italian spoken and Latin script reading ability.
• Vertical reach of 82 inches without shoes.
• Ability to complete FAA‑approved re‑certification annually.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs from floor to shoulder height.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Attend preflight briefings and prepare cabin for boarding and departure.
• Greet guests, direct seating, assist with carry‑on storage and service during flight.
• Demonstrate safety equipment and monitor passenger compliance.
• Direct and assist during emergencies, administer first aid, and report incidents.
• Provide in‑flight service and collect payments for onboard purchases.
• Prepare cabin for landing and assist with deplaning.
