Job summary

Hawaiian Airlines seeks a Flight Attendant to ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional service aboard its aircraft. The role requires physical readiness, the ability to perform safety procedures, and effective communication with passengers in a fast-paced environment.

The position is union represented and includes FAA-certified training, on-call shifts, and a focus on delivering a memorable Aloha experience to guests across diverse routes.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry, or four years in customer service roles.
• Proficient in business-level Italian and able to read Latin script.
• Vertical reach of 82 inches without shoes.
• Able to complete FAA-approved re-certification annually.
• Able to relocate within Hawaii or continental U.S.
• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preflight preparation and briefings for flight details, weather and procedures.
• Greet guests, assist with seating and carry-on storage.
• Demonstrate safety equipment and ensure passenger compliance with safety rules.
• Direct and assist during emergencies, provide first aid as needed.
• Deliver in-flight service and reconcile onboard payments.
