Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four (4) years in customer service with the public.

Responsibilities

• Attend preflight briefings and prepare cabin for boarding and departure.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and respond to questions with courteous service.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and monitor guest compliance; assist during emergencies.
