Job summary

Hireology on O’ahu, HI is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem in-home visits. Flexible schedule; choose your own patients.

Potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year through visits with Medicare-certified home health patients. Responsibilities include in-home PT visits, performing evaluations and fall risk assessments, and documenting progress to keep the care team informed.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license required for PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience, home health preferred.
