Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem home visits on O'ahu, HI. The position offers flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation with the potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year.

Providers will perform in-home therapy, complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk assessments, and communicate progress with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
