Oneida ESC Group is seeking an experienced Cultural Resources Project Manager to lead projects across the Great Basin, with primary responsibility in Nevada and Utah and support for other regions as needed.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and staff, coordinate with clients, tribes, and agencies, and contribute to proposals and growth initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance with NHPA/NEPA requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, History, Cultural Resource Management, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible cultural resource experience including project coordination/management.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, staff, subconsultants, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of Section 106, NEPA, ARPA, NRHP criteria and state requirements.
• Experience coordinating archaeological fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and regulatory review.
• Ability to travel to client meetings and project sites in Nevada/Utah; other regions as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple cultural resource projects from initiation through closeout including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risk, and client communication.
• Develop work plans, staffing plans, schedules, cost estimates, and task assignments aligned with requirements.
• Track performance, labor, subcontractors, deliverables, invoicing; identify variances and action accordingly.
• Coordinate with clients, agency representatives, tribes, landowners, teaming partners, and subcontractors.
• Prepare or review designs, work plans, field methods, monitoring plans, and regulatory submittals.
• Ensure deliverables are technically sound and undergo quality control reviews.
• Support business development, proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Lead or coordinate staff across offices to provide technical coverage and growth.
