Jbs Usa Inc. is seeking a Grease Recovery Operator for the Green Bay, WI location. The role operates two pre-treatment DAF systems to recover #2 grease from plant wastewater and loads grease into semi-tankers after safety and environmental checks.

The position runs on 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm) with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with regulations. Physical tasks and climbing on tankers are required.

Competenze

• Experience in industrial, mechanical, or wastewater operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in hot environments and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, lifting).
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn wastewater certifications.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor two pre-treatment DAF systems to collect #2 grease from plant wastewater.
• Monitor and operate melt tank and centrifuge equipment.
• Safely fill and load semi-tankers with #2 grease, including climbing on top of tankers when required.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with wastewater processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
