Wind River Environmental is seeking a dependable Pump Technician (Night Shift) to join our team in Florida. You will drive a service truck, operate vacuum equipment, pump grease traps, and deliver safe, high-quality service while working independently.

Eligible applicants have a Class A/B CDL with manual transmission, at least one year of commercial driving, the tanker endorsement is a plus, and you must pass a DOT drug screen, a physical, and a road test.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A or B CDL and manual transmission.
• At least 1 year of professional commercial driving experience.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a service truck and vacuum equipment to pump grease traps (inside & outside).
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, supplies).
• Provide professional customer service and educate customers on system care.
• Identify and report defective components or hazards and recommend service options.
• Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Respond to trouble/emergency calls as needed.
• Follow all company safety protocols and DOT regulations.
• Work independently while representing Wind River Environmental in the field.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $25.00 - $27.00 hourly at the time of posting. In addition to base pay, this position will be eligible for overtime and additional cash incentive opportunities. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Competitive base pay + bonus opportunity

About the Role:

As a Grease Pump Technician (Class A/B CDL) Night Shift, you’ll be responsible for pumping and disposing of non-hazardous waste from commercial grease traps. You’ll drive a company service truck to customer locations, operate vacuum equipment, and ensure every job is handled safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a service truck and vacuum equipment to pump grease traps (inside & outside)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL!
• Class A or B CDL
• Manual Transmission
• Tanker Endorsement (or willingness to obtain) a plus!
• At least 1 year of professional commercial driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic computer literacy (email, internet)
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test
• Willingness to work in a drug-free environment
