True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and RMIS. This remote role directs product strategy and execution, aligns customer needs with market insights, and drives end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to post-launch review.

The candidate will lead Product Managers and Analysts, translate market data into roadmaps, and promote responsible AI usage across the SDLC while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the GRC domain.
• Experience in roles related to product management, product marketing, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of GRC/RMIS markets and industry dynamics.
• Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Ability to convert industry expertise into actionable product strategies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as technology, business, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a cohesive product vision and strategy for GRC/RMIS offerings.
• Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with customer demands and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Conduct in-depth customer and market research to uncover new needs and opportunities.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products, market trends, and industry dynamics.
• Engage with clients directly to comprehend their challenges and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable product strategies and value propositions.
• Oversee products from concept through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of products.
• Monitor product KPIs and business metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data and AI insights to validate product priorities and solutions.
• Promote the responsible use of AI throughout the SDLC.
