6 Degrees Search is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and RMIS offerings. This remote role demands a seasoned strategist who can align customer needs, market trends, and technology to build impactful products.

You will mentor a team of Product Managers and Analysts, own the product roadmap, engage with clients, and partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver outcomes while tracking KPIs and leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in the GRC domain.
• Experience in roles related to product management, product marketing, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of GRC/RMIS markets and industry dynamics.
• Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Ability to convert industry expertise into actionable product strategies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as technology, business, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a cohesive product vision and strategy for GRC/RMIS offerings.
• Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with both customer demands and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Conduct in-depth customer and market research to uncover new needs and opportunities.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products, market trends, and industry dynamics.
• Engage with clients directly to comprehend their challenges and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable product strategies and value propositions.
• Oversee products from concept through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.
• Monitor product KPIs and business metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data and AI insights to validate product priorities and solutions.
• Promote the responsible use of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Identify emerging technologies and trends for competitive advantage.
