Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master with 5–7 years of experience in Risk & Compliance. In this hybrid role, you will lead a Scrum team and manage a budget of approximately $4M, ensuring execution within a highly regulated environment. Candidates should have strong financial management skills and be adept in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with preferences for certifications in Scrum and experience with the Archer GRC platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project management within IT or risk/compliance environments.
• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall initiatives.
• Experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing execution for a single team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single Scrum team supporting GRC initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure daily execution alignment.
• Manage a project budget of approximately $4M.
