Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is looking for a junior-to-intermediate Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead a Scrum team in a Risk & Compliance environment. The candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in project management, particularly in regulated contexts, and a sound understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement. Key responsibilities include managing a $4M budget and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on position requiring strong communication and financial management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project management within IT or risk/compliance environments.
• Strong financial management experience including labor forecasting and budget tracking.
• Proven ability to drive execution and hold stakeholders accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single Scrum team supporting GRC initiatives.
• Manage a project budget of approximately $4M.
