Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead adoption of the Workiva Platform and ensure ongoing ROI for named accounts. You will partner with Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales to onboard, train, and support customers through their journey.

You will build multi-level relationships, identify risks, and advocate for customers while driving renewal opportunities and guiding customers to key milestones on their Success Plans. This remote role may require up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience in customer success, customer service, account management or sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions.
• Ensure continuous ROI to your customers.
• Consult on best practices, workflows, and business reviews.
• Develop multi-purpose relationships throughout customer organizations.
• Identify risks within named accounts and escalate as needed.
• Advocate for customers internally with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams.
• Teach customers how to use the Workiva Platform.
