Genuine Parts Company is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst II to ensure adherence to industry laws and company policies. You will analyze practices, perform testing related to accounts and credit decisions, and collaborate with business segments to identify regulatory risks. The role requires maintaining thorough records and generating compliance reports.

The position emphasizes data gathering, analytical skills, and clear communication to support decision-making and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree required with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Performs variance analysis of actual and planned results.
• Performs testing for account marketing and solicitation, credit decisions, new account setup, ongoing account management, and retention.
• Works closely with assigned business segments to ensure all regulatory risks are identified and accounted for.
• Maintains thorough and accurate records of all accounts reviewed.
• Generates reports to validate the compliance level of transactional business units.
• Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
