Job summary

MNL, a full-service ecological restoration company, seeks a Grazing Collaborator & Subcontractor Coordinator to oversee a growing network of grazing collaborators across multiple markets. You will travel extensively, prepare partners for projects, and ensure field execution meets client expectations.

The role focuses on developing relationships, evaluating field performance, and expanding the collaborator network while supporting other vegetation management work in markets without regular field

Qualifications

• Practical experience with prescribed grazing, grazing management, livestock, or related field.
• Ability to work credibly with experienced grazing collaborators.
• Strong communication and collaboration with partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for grazing collaborators, building relationships and ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate upcoming work with collaborators, ensuring scope, timing, site requirements, and safety standards.
• Help collaborators mobilize and complete assigned work and communicate field observations to MNL teams.
• Travel regularly to grazing sites to evaluate progress, address performance concerns, and document field observations.
• Identify potential grazing collaborators to support new projects and geographic expansion.
• Provide field oversight of subcontracted vegetation management work while traveling in markets lacking regular field presence.
