Job summary

MNL is seeking a Grazing Collaborator & Subcontractor Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination, readiness, field performance, and growth of our network of grazing collaborators across multiple markets. This highly mobile, field-focused role requires hands-on grazing knowledge and the ability to travel extensively to sites and collaborators nationwide.

• Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coordination and readiness of grazing collaborators.
• Travel regularly to grazing sites to evaluate work and resolve performance issues.
• Identify and evaluate potential grazing partners to support geographic expansion.
• Provide field oversight of subcontracted vegetation management while traveling.
