Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while enforcing site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; direct visitors and vendors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document activities per policy.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
