Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments with crew chiefs.
• Discuss production issues with other departments to minimize delays.
• Assist crew members with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and delivery policies are followed.
• Monitor and manage perishables expenses for the crew.
• Facilitate team building between crews and shifts.
• Mentor, coach, and motivate crew to maximize satisfaction and efficiency.
• Track movement of parts through area.
• Communicate effectively with all contacts (verbal and written).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
