Thomas Cuisine is seeking an Overnight Dishwasher to join the team at Clovis Community Medical Center in Clovis, CA. You will support kitchen operations by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing ware to maintain a safe, efficient environment for service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods, and strong attention to detail. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dish area.
• Restock clean equipment and supplies for kitchen and service teams.
• Monitor dish machine performance, temperatures, and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with waste removal, recycling, and proper storage procedures.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
