A careful, precise, and reliable operator is needed to support the manufacturing department on the graveyard shift.

Job Title: Graveyard Shift – Drilling Operator

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour

Shift: Night shift – approximately 5 to 6 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical and CNC drilling equipment used in PCB fabrication with high accuracy
• Set up, load, secure, and align PCB panels to ensure precise hole placement
• Perform routing, V‑scoring, and beveling operations based on daily production needs
• Inspect drilled and routed panels for quality, defects, and conformity using microscopes and gauges
• Maintain equipment and work environment following safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications
• Basic computer skills; experience with Windows‑based systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE as required
