Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s steps of customer service to achieve satisfaction and Mystery Shop performance.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to customers.
• Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Operate POS for all transactions, ensure correct change, and handle refunds per policy.
• Stock shelves, maintain signage, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the store and fueling area.
• Assist with car wash operations if applicable and support safety procedures.
