Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time graveyard shift (10 PM–6:30 AM) in Roseville, CA. You will handle cashiering, storefront presentation, and food/beverage quality while promoting a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

You will greet guests, perform POS transactions accurately, and follow company service standards to achieve high customer satisfaction. Prior experience in retail or food service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional service at checkout.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, credit, and refunds per policy.
• Maintain store presentation, pricing, and merchandising to be visually appealing.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food and beverage stations (coffee, fountain, roller grill, etc.).
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility and parking areas.
• Adhere to shift duties checklist and assist with car wash operations if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
