Job summary

Paradux Media Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, graveyard shift in Bend, OR. The role handles cashiering, store presentation, FIFO food/beverage duties, and a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities include operating POS, handling cash and refunds, promoting promotions, and maintaining clean, safe stations and displays. Prior retail or food service experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly service at checkout.
• Operate POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions; ensure correct change.
• Maintain store presentation, displays, and pricing accuracy.
• Promote current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines; keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with general duties and collaborate with team to serve customers.
