Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (written and oral).
• 1–2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, or related field, preferred.
• Must demonstrate consistent positive leadership with all team members.
• Strong work ethic and lead-by-example attitude.
• Basic understanding of PC skills: Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors Line 2/3 team members.
• Oversees processing operations for Line 2/3 and ensures safety and quality.
• Ensures compliance with USDA and FDA food laws and company policies.
• Collaborates with QA, Sanitation, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintains VeLOCity systems knowledge and Run to Target principles.
• Participates in safety programs and AMD activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a Team Leader.
