Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in St George, Utah, seeks an experienced MRI Technologist for a 7 on/7 off graveyard shift (21:00-07:00). You will perform diagnostic MRI exams, ensure image quality, and maintain safety standards while collaborating with radiologists and clinicians.

Preferred candidates have ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials, BLS certification, and IV competency within 30 days of hire; 1–2 years of MRI experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) MR or ARMRIT credentials; ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI.
• BLS for healthcare providers. IV competency within 30 days of hire.
• Strong patient care and MRI safety awareness; ability to perform quality imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams; ensure accurate and high-quality images.
• Verify patient identity, prepare patient, and review images for quality.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Instruct and assist colleagues; educate patients and address concerns.
• Document procedures and manage equipment and information systems.
