Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group Detroit is seeking an entry-level Part Time Night Front Desk Associate at Element Detroit in Detroit, MI. You will perform guest registration and checkout, handle payments, and balance a cash drawer while delivering warm hospitality.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, paging wake-up calls, assisting with reservations, maintaining lobby standards, and supporting audit processes during night shifts. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or customer service preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate PBX and manage guest inquiries.
• Prepare daily reports and audit procedures.
• Assist guests with reservations and transportation arrangements.
