Job summary

Golden Nugget is seeking a Security Shift Manager to oversee daily safety, security, and asset protection on shift. You will manage security personnel, enforce gaming regulations, handle emergencies, and supervise investigations to maintain a secure guest and staff environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling and training security staff, maintaining thorough reports, and ensuring compliance with state and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff clearly.
• Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret documents.
• Ability to investigate incidents and write reports.
• Knowledge of hotel/casino security operations (preferred).
• Must complete background screening and required training certifications.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Nevada gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff and shifts, ensuring posts are adequately staffed.
• Enforce gaming regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and manage investigations to maintain safety.
• Schedule, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and records for audits.
• Ensure physical security of hotel/casino and on-site parking.
