Job summary

Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. (SCADP) is hiring an AOD Support Staff I for the graveyard shift to provide counseling services under supervision, assist in group sessions, and help monitor safety on site.

The role includes transport of participants when needed, maintaining incident logs, and ensuring adherence to program policies. A fingerprint clearance and active certification track are required, with training on ASAM modules 1 and 2 within 2 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Valid Driver’s license or State ID.
• ASAM Modules 1 and 2 completion within 2 weeks of hire.
• AA or higher degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide AOD counseling under supervision and assist group sessions.
• Monitor program premises for safety and security.
• Transport participants in the program vehicle as needed.
• Complete written reports and incident logs of daily activities.
• Assist in crisis management and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with organization policies and procedures.
