Rivers Casino in Portsmouth, VA is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to assist the Executive Steward in all aspects of the Stewarding department operations. This role supervises Stewards and Night Cleaners, oversees scheduling, and maintains kitchen cleanliness during the GRAVE shift.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a commercial food service operation, and holds a Virginia gaming license/registration as required.

• Assists in scheduling shifts, reviews time sheets, and makes staffing decisions.
• Maintains and cleans the kitchen during the shift and upholds cleaning standards.
• Leads by example, works hands-on, and executes special cleaning assignments.
• Supports kitchen team to ensure hygiene standards meet or exceed requirements.
• Assists with duties as assigned.
