Job summary

Island View Casino Resort is seeking a Steward for the graveyard shift to handle deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors, drains, and all cleaning needs across venues. You will also manage grease removal and support trash disposal, dishwashing, and other cleaning tasks as directed by the Steward Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of food and beverage experience, the ability to lift 10–100 pounds, and must be 21 years of age.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 10 to 100 pounds.
• Must be 21.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of kitchen cooking equipment across venues.
• Deep cleaning of all floors and drains in venues.
• General cleaning duties including trash disposal, washing dishes/pots.
• Grease removal and any other tasks assigned by Steward Supervisor.
