Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician for grave shift at the Turlock plant. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting industrial systems, with emphasis on safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will work with production teams to meet targets, perform preventive maintenance, and support capital projects, with expected welding and fabrication duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance and electrical repairs.
• Ability to read manuals, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with AC/DC motor controls and VFDs.
• PLC logic knowledge is highly desired; working with PLCs is a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely install, operate, adjust, and maintain industrial systems.
• Provide technical support to production teams to meet targets.
• Support startup, training, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with capital projects and plant improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems and test circuits.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed for installations.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
