Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Security Officer to cover the grave shift, providing basic security coverage, safeguarding assets, and maintaining a safe, guest‑friendly atmosphere throughout the casino and hotel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year guest service experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Casino/hotel security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex.
• Assist patrons with inquiries and directions including escorts if necessary.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.
• Patrol the hotel and casino areas to establish a security presence and report unusual situations and suspicious persons.
• Assist in coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
• Assist in maintaining proper key control and support responsible gaming and alcohol service.
