Responsibilities

• Oversees the safety and security of customers, team members, and company assets during the assigned shift.
• Monitors security personnel to ensure compliance with department and property policies.
• Schedules, evaluates, and monitors subordinate personnel; assigns work and approves overtime.
• Performs duties of subordinates when needed and maintains shift discipline.
• Investigates and documents shift activity; prepares incident reports and daily logs.
• Acts as liaison between law enforcement and casino management and coordinates emergency drills.
