ACLU’s National Political Advocacy Department seeks an Undergraduate Intern in the Organizing Division to support national and state campaigns from New York City. The internship offers hybrid or remote options with a stipend for qualifying students, and requires enrollment as an undergraduate student based in the U.S.

for the full duration. You will gain experience in grassroots organizing, volunteer recruitment, and campaign execution while working under Organizers in NPAD.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate students or equivalent education/experience
• Must be based in the U.S. for the entire duration of the internship
• Part-time, hybrid or remote placement in NYC area

Responsabilités

• Support national and state campaigns within NPAD's Organizing Division
• Attend meetings, events, and conversations on organizing and campaigns
• Draft materials for campaigns (email/text copy) and assist with volunteer leadership development
• Engage volunteers and oversee leadership development and team collaboration
• Participate in trainings, webinars, and campaign planning sessions
